Bank Asya Mortgage Products

Fixed Payments

If you want to repay your mortgage in equal installments, you can choose Fixed Payment Mortgage and buy a home with suitable profit share rates and period options.

Properties:

  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • On early redemption 2% of the principal amount that is repaid early is charged for the early repayment commission
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee and the Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
Intermediary Payments

If you periodically get premium, bonus or extra payments through the year, we offer Intermediary Payment Mortgage is suitable for you.

Intermediary Payment Mortgage lets you make intermediary payments at the periods that you determine and decrease your monthly installments excluding these periods.

  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.

Incremental Payments

If you want to begin to repay your mortgage with low installments and increase your monthly payments at a rate and periods that you determine, Incremental Payment Mortgage is suitable for you.

You can begin to repay your mortgage in lower amounts and increase your payments gradually.

Properties:

  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • On early redemption 2% of the principal amount that is repaid early is charged for the early repayment commission
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee and the Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
Customized Payments

If fixed payments are not suitable for you and you want to arrange your payments according to your income, Customized Payment Mortgage is suitable for you.

You can make intermediary payments and increase your payments at a rate and periods that you determine.

Properties:

  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • On early redemption 2% of the principal amount that is repaid early is charged for the early repayment commission
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee and the Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
Home Together Mortgage

If you want to buy a home for investment or you cannot afford to buy a home by yourself, Home Together Mortgage is suitable for you.

You can buy a home with a friend with a joint title deed and borrow and repay your loan together.

Properties:

  • The joint title deed is shared between maximum 2 people.
  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • On early redemption 2% of the principal amount that is repaid early is charged for the early repayment commission
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee.
  • The person whom the title deed is shared with will be the guarantor.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
Advantageous Mortgage

If you are a Bank Asya customer and ask for an advantageous mortgage product special for you, Advantageous Mortgage is suitable for you.

You can use Advantageous Mortgage by giving two automatic bill payment orders from your credit card. If you do not have Bank Asya credit card, you can apply for it now and use Advantageous Mortgage.

Properties:

  • An advantageous profit share rate is offered.
  • A 10 % discount is applied to the facility fee.
  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • On early redemption 2% of the principal amount that is repaid early is charged for the early repayment commission
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee and the Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
Double Saving Mortgage

If you want to sell your home which you have bought by taking out home loan from Bank Asya but your payments still continue, Double Saving Mortgage is suitable for you.

We provide for the buyer with the mortgage to buy your home and both the buyer and you enjoy the special advantages that we offer to you.

Your advantages:

  • The pledge release fee is not charged.
  • A 0,5 % (five per thousand) discount is applied to the early repayment commission.

The Buyer’s Advantages:

  • The appraisement fee is not charged.

Properties:

  • The repayment period is maximum 120 months.
  • It is taken out only in Turkish Lira.
  • It is used only by natural persons for the purpose of buying a home.
  • A pledge of the property that will be bought is required as a guarantee and the Bank requires a guarantor if necessary.
  • Up to a maximum of 75% of the appraisement value of the home is borrowed.
  • For using this product, it is required that minimum 18 months must pass from the utility date of the home loan taken out from the Bank by the seller.

A pledge of the property that will be bought is adequate as a guarantee for mortgage applications. Your home will be insured with Fire Home Package Insurance, Compulsory Earthquake Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance at Bank Asya branches offering the agency services of Işık Insurance Inc.

The Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.

The appraisement, pledge and insurance expenses are not included in the loan’s rate.
Branchless Banking
